Material & Craftsmanship

The pendant is crafted from 925 sterling silver, with silver and gold elements creating a refined contrast between classic elegance and vintage character.

The silver parts maintain the natural texture and durability of sterling silver, while the gold sections are individually handcrafted using a traditional gold overlay technique. Every detail, including engraving, shaping, and decorative inlays, is carefully finished by hand to achieve a unique artisan quality.

Traditional Gold Overlay Technique

The gold details are created through a traditional high-temperature gold overlay process.

During this process, gold material is applied onto the 925 sterling silver surface at approximately 900°C (gold melting point: 1063°C). After bonding, each area is individually engraved, shaped, and refined under 40× microscope magnification.

Because every gold section requires repeated heating, shaping, and hand-finishing, smaller and more intricate areas demand greater skill and precision.

This time-intensive process gives each pendant a distinctive handmade character, with every gold detail carrying the mark of craftsmanship.
